This was an assignment designed to utilize multiple frames to convey a meaning. Mine was intended to show that a simple video can balloon up and create an entire internet culture.

Awakenings

This piece was made as a final project for my animation class. It is a serious piece about how a man and woman come to realizations about their relationship. It was completed at a very rushed pace in about 3 weeks. It was originally supposed to be only 4-5 minutes long, but the story would not have been complete. Enjoy.

Toasty Dance

This was an assignment designed as an exercise in our web animation skills. We were to use limited animation and symbols to create a thirty second animation. I decided to make toast dance. not the best idea, but it was cute none the less.

Mashup Assignment

This was designed as an assignment in which we were to utilize found resources to create a new meaning. In my piece I wanted to convey the idea that it is okay to be bored by certain things, but when it comes to enjoying simple pleasures, like explosions and car chases, if you can't enjoy them, then what is the point. These things bring us excitement and a rush of adrenaline, but if you can't appreciate their value as entertainment then why bother. Vimeo had a hard time uploading my video so I just posted in straight here.
